Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FreeBlock Tools (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using FreeBlock Tools. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by them.
By accessing or using FreeBlock Tools (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
FreeBlock Tools is an informational and research platform that surfaces on-chain data, token analytics and smart contract risk signals across supported EVM networks. The Service does not execute transactions, custody assets or interact with users' wallets.
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or security advice. All information is provided for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the data presented.
The platform helps identify potential risk signals, but it does not guarantee that any token, contract or asset is safe. Risk scoring is heuristic and may miss undetected vulnerabilities or malicious behaviour.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe rights of others, scrape data at abusive volumes, attempt to disrupt the Service or reverse-engineer its underlying systems.
All content, branding, code and analytics produced by FreeBlock Tools are the property of FreeBlock Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal and internal business research, but may not redistribute or resell our outputs without written permission.
The Service relies on data from public blockchains, block explorers, liquidity venues and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or availability of such data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeBlock Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@freeblock.tools.
